About me
Hi, I’m Greta, a 39-year-old graphic designer (echtwebwerk.at) who moved to Vienna last year from Budapest. I have basic German knowledge and professional English. I’m always happy to practice my German.
I had two beloved Maine Coon mixes and miss those fluffy troublemakers more than I can say. I’m now looking for a chance to be around cats again – from the shyest observer to the most enthusiastic chatterbox.

Services
I offer all standard services:
😽 Feeding and fresh water.
🫧 Cleaning the feeding place and litter box.
📷 Updates through photos & videos.
🧶 Lots of petting and play sessions (if approved!)
I will strictly adhere to your established routines and specific instructions.
I can also do other smaller tasks by arrangement (watering plants, emptying the letterbox, answering inconvenient emails to your boss 😅 – just kidding.)
My experience
They are Lizy & Petite, the Maine Coon mix sisters. I used to be their human. We had quite a journey across two cities and three apartments. During their younger days they were in harmony, but as adult cats they had some territory issues. Although it was quite a hard decision, they moved to a two-story house with a garden, surrounded by unlimited lizards, mice, and birds. Since then, they have been living in peace and harmony.

Ethology and literature
Authors like Konrad Lorenz, David Attenborough, and Gerald Durrell have always shaped my connection to nature and animals since my childhood. My favourite Hungarian ethologist is Vilmos Csányi; he mainly writes about dogs, but he also mentions his cats in his funny stories.

The guardians had the audacity to vacate the premises for what felt like several eons, leaving me to govern the imperial quarters alone.
I must concede, that the newly appointed associate was quite satisfactory; she presented me with an exquisite three-course royal banquet with regimental punctuality each day.
She even demonstrated a curious competence with that barbaric grooming apparatus—though I sincerely trust she has banished the wretched comb from the grounds upon her departure.

In my younger years, my humans left me in the charge of this… rather common woman. I found her to be quite patient, however, which I commend, given my hyperactive temperament. It was, nevertheless, a lovely two weeks.

It was all good. She showed up every day. Tossed me the magic ball. Did some crazy trick with my litter box – I still don’t get where that stuff went. Anyways, it was the same as with my genuine human.
